I think after nearly two years of fighting for this we are all going to be very emotional. Along with the excitement it has been a very stressful journey for all of us and a tough ride for everyone. The one thing we can all rejoyce in is we have done it together and all been there for each other so we all deserve a pat on the back thank you:T:T:T:T on I am crying already:T:T:A:A

Just thought I should share this. I have never phoned Deloitte before as I appreciate that the staff there are busy and I dont wish to take up a handlers time when he could be putting pen to paper and writing a few cheques

However, after this recent questionarre !!!! up, I thought it prudent to give them a call, just to double check that it wasnt required.

Eventually when I got through to a human being (I hate voicemail!!!) He explained that these questionarres were NOT I repeat NOT sent out in error at all. They require this information as a result of new guidelines they got at the end of September. I said but you have all that info already from the original complaint paperwork. He maintained that the questionarre still needed regardless.

ARRRGGGGGHHHHHHHH. !!!!!! is going on here. Guess I will just complete and send off again.
If you see a penny, pick it up, all day long you'll have good luck !!!!!! :D

    Hi hun
Glad I sent mine back yesterday then as well.

Seems like its the FSCS telling many that these were sent out in error and not Deloittes.
Deloittes told me the same thing by email today as well, that they require these questionnaires that they are sending to all claimants apparantely.

Oh for gods sake sorry deloitte told me day before yesterday they didnt need it they already had the inof and it was sent in error. I cant see the point if your claim is not at deloitte anymore but with the fscs can you? Maybe I will ring them again tomorrow or d=send it off anyway. I think Gumbi was also told not to send it and hers is with the fscs.
