Well first off i was told it would be end of the year so I told him i was priority and that deloitte had completed my claim so he said it would take about a week for it to come from them and then they would deal with it. I have to ring back in about a weeks time. Now I am not so exstatic anymore.0

            Hi Pengi
My own experience through this process is to keep contacting the FSCS every couple of weeks via e-mail, it takes about 48 hrs for them to answer though, if you ask in your e-mail for an update they will give you a true answer.
 Good luck
