Well first off i was told it would be end of the year so I told him i was priority and that deloitte had completed my claim so he said it would take about a week for it to come from them and then they would deal with it. I have to ring back in about a weeks time. Now I am not so exstatic anymore.

I think it will come through soon:beer:mammamia's was prioritised because her home was at risk

IF my claims are upheld, mine was a topup and they cancelled the first PPI and gave us a more expensive one , they rebated a bit of the first but in effect waiting for two refunds of PPI and if I get them Christmas will be FAB!
Ours was also a topup and they cancelled the first PPI and gave us a more expensive one and we too are looking at two refunds of PPI. We had to sell our home and are now in negative equity to the tune of 30k.

As you were aware my loan amount was for around £67,000 and my PPI around £12.500. This is only a guess as I can not find the paperwork. My monthly repayments are £825 a month over 25 years. Don't know if this will help you work a rough estimate of what I will get back.
By the way I noticed dialysis said her PPI was around 21000, and yet sh has a similar loan borrowing amount to me, that seems a bit high!!
Thanks everyone for the best wishes for our anniversary, I will certainly remember this one

Hi Sandzb It really upsets me when I read what has happened to people because of this PPI I sympathise with you over your home we are close to being repossessed because of these laon sharks hopefully yours wont be too long either hun and then you can get sorted. :D

Yes beaniebabe it does doesnt it, I cant work that out though my , I must have been stupid, paperwork states £21950 for PPI we borrowed £85000 over 25 years and we paid £879ish per month our PPI refund will be around £24K what frightens me is what we would have paid back if it had gone to term, £54000:eek::eek:
