    If it is the old 'you get a voucher' thing then it doesn't happen any more. I left a neg for a very bad user a few weeks ago and just got a survey thing to complete and nothing else.

    Buyer pays, and then screams.

    They send it back.

    You refund but don't get your fees back.

    You relist item ($$$)

    Buyer pays via paypal ($$$$)

    See how a happy customer would have only earned ebay half the money an unhappy one does.
