exit penalty only applies if you leave the company
Read my post #17 and also read the Websaver 3 T&C
WebSaver 3 - Terms and Conditions
Terms & Conditions
The WebSaver 3 rates apply until 01 August 2010 subject to VAT and regulatory changes and changes to discounts applied to your bill. The WebSaver 3 rates are at a minimum discount of 6% for domestic electricity and a minimum 6% for domestic gas customers below our standard variable credit rates between 07 May 2009 and 01 August 2010.
If you cancel this agreement, either by moving to another gas or electricity supplier or by requesting to change your gas and/or electricity to another of our tariff(s) at any time prior to 01 December 2009 we may apply a cancellation charge (inclusive of any VAT that may be applicable). The cancellation charges are £30 (inc VAT) for electricity and £30 (inc VAT) for gas. This charge will not be applied if the agreement is cancelled due to a home move.0 -
If this really IS the case that you can't go onto Web4 from web3 without paying the exit fee then that is basically just a scandal. How do they get away with this??Call me Carmine....

For me, Web Saver 3 is the cheaper option...
We are currently on Click Energy 5.
The prices..
Click Energy 5
Gas - 7.0p (600kw/h), 3.2p
Electric - 23.4p (125kw/h), 9.1p
Web Saver 3
Gas - 6.3p (600kw/h), 3.0p
Electric - 21.0p (125kw/h), 8.2p
Web Saver 4
Gas - 6.5p (600Kw/h) , 3.1p
Elec - 21.5p (125kw/h), 8.4p
Clearly, in yorkshire more expensive.
Now how do i switch to click energy 3, and be able to tied in till dec 09.0 -
