heh Bulldog are a nightmare :( I handed my cancellation to them at the beginning of december 2006 when i moved out of the property it was being used in. It still hasn't been terminated now. Today they told me that i am still within the 12 month contract. The strange this is I joined Bulldog in July 2005 so I fail to understand how they came to that conclusion.

The broadband itself was very good, but their customer service team is an absolute joke.

    AVOID!!!

Bulldog "accidentally" overcharged me £66 in Decmber 2005. Wouldn't respond so took to Regulator. Regulator said they had to pay me back in March 06, but several promises of repayment in 30 days haven't materialised. Now seeing what county court can do. AVOID.

    Avoid, Avoid,Avoid.

I was with Bulldog when they were a small outfit (only one offering 2 meg at affordable prices at the time) with one accounts woman always answering the phone on a single landline number.

what a difference a year makes!

after the C&W take-over.. well they were dipping into my account taking what ever they wanted. Took 2 £100 amounts out in one month and they denied it for months. Like my bank statements / bank were lieing!

I was £300 in credit with them when 6 months later it was finally sorted by be making 40 + phone calls!!! £300 over-charging! and 'they can only credit it to your account' no refunds!

the really funny thing is they kept saying I owed them money!!! LMFAO

I could go on and on and on and on.

Just make sure you got a healthy bank account if you sign up with them.

I'm now with Orange and apart from their FUP I'm very happy with the service.
I think my monitor's running out of ink....
