Help Finding A New Contract

I was wondering if someone might be able to point me in the right direction. A friend of mine is looking for a new monthly phone deal and he's currently on PAYG so he's basically starting from scratch. What he wants is about 400-500 mins of x-network talktime with inclusive texts too, on a 12 month contract with as cheap line rental as he can possible get. He's used to non-clamshell or slide phones so I think he'd prefer something along those lines.
I've tried looking for him but can't see too many deals around at the mo for this sort of thing. Anyone got any ideas?
