Oh Squirrel, I'm sorry to hear about your grandad - and you're now getting to read another side of him.... it must be very strange..... and you're thinking about the sister you hardly knew as well. No wonder you're feeling overwhelmed - take care of yourself.2023: the year I get to buy a car0

Oh Squiz was in lurk mode when i read about your Grandad. I am truly sorry for your loss hun. I hope you take some comfort in finding a connection through his papers and articles.
It's a funny thing life and loss isn't it? I would still have a conversation with him at Christmas-even if it is to raise a toast to him and his work. xBlackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
Still lurking around with a hope of some salvation:cool:0 -

Not much to report today, very tired, had a couple of rubbish night's sleep, still feel wiped out by everything. And I have a cough that sounds like a sealion.
Today I've been trying to do some reading etc for job interview - 'interview panic' seems to set in just reading sample questions! Last time I thought I was well prepared for one they didn't ask anything I was prepared for so..Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -
You're bound to feel wiped out.... still worried that you still have the same cough (selfishly worried, you understand :rotfl::o) Take something to help you sleep tonight - nytol, or something - set your clothes up the evening before..... oh god, I sound like your mother! SorrySquizz! Lots of lucky dust, and that fairy that Shaun sprinkled onto my thread....

Thanks Karma. It's not till Friday but I could do with a couple of good night's sleep, the Nytol might be a good idea. Going to look out clothes tonight, staying at Mr Squizz's tomorrow as it's easier to get to from there.
I can understand your worry about the cough, I keep thinking it's gone but then it comes back :rolleyes:Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -
Strange horoscopular things today:
Your heart may be fully into what you are doing, Capricorn, and you may be attending to detail, but there are times when reality steps in and challenges you to prove that you are being responsible. Fortunately this is a challenge of your patron planet, Saturn, which you may enjoy. With the support of a partner, you are about to do something important for your career, and will be taking charge of an important task that others have failed to succeed at. Although you may be wrestling with a big problem, it is one you have chosen.Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -
