Not sure if it is possible, but maybe you could ask at your doctors if you could practice on their manual one? They can only say no.

Have you heard of bingoport.co.uk? It is a free bingo site, you do have to play some games but you can also post in the forums and get 100 points a post. Get 8000 and that is a £5 Amazon voucher for very little effort.

If you feel ok about it you can pm me an email address and I can refer you. Means i get some points from them too.

Good luck with the debt busting. Personally I would pay any extra money to the card with the highest APR.

That would be barclaycard then, as the interest is more than the minimum payment each month.

I ordered a nurses watch yesterday and paid extra to get it delivered today along with a manual blood pressure monitor( the old ones they use to use), now they are saying the monitor is out of stock and is on back order, I hate it when that happens. So now I am trying to cancel that one as I want to order another that will get here tomorrow. Why couldn't it say out of stock before I checked out grrrrrrrrrrr.

I have just read your posts and wish you lots of luck.

    paying off debt
    learning new job
    getting used to shift work
organising the house/meals/children/husband/etc whilst at work
    loosing weight
    cooking real food
    dooyoo
    Christmas neutral challenge

I would just say don't try to do too many targets at once. Just as you are prioritising your debts and paying off one at a time, then it may be a good idea to prioritise your targets. What I mean is if you set yourself too many you may start to flag and give up. If you concentrate on them in order you will achieve them all in the end.

ps - You will probably loose weight without hinking about it now you are working:j
Doing voluntary work overseas for as long as it takes .......
My DD might make the odd post for me

I do know what you mean about trying to do to many targets, it does give me migraines sometimes trying to think of it all in my head, thats why i have started this diary, so that instead of me thinking about it all and keeping it to myself in my head, i can just blurt it all out on here.

With the weight thing, you are right about losing it without even thinking about it, i should do what with working, as you are constantly on your feet and on the go, and you have very little time to think of food.

There should be someone on here that knows about insurance, they just haven't found me yet. Looks like I need to find them. Be back soon to let you know how I get on.

Still haven't found anyone, I better start googling it. I start my proper paid shifts tomorrow, I am nervous now as I am on different wards, tomorrow is orthapeadics and Sunday is renal, I have been told that each ward has there own way of doing things, so because I am on bank, I will have to learn a few different ways. I shouldn't always be left on my own though, ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Tomorrow is only 7am to 1pm, so just have to look, listen and learn.

As I have mentioned before, barclaycard is the worst debt in terms of interest, but my husband has an overdraft of about 1,800ish, the account has been dormant for a couple of years, it was higher than this, but we have been letting one of the child benefits go into this account which covers the interest which is £33 ish, and pays off about £10ish. Shouldn't I pay this off first, then I would have the child benefit as spare cash to pay towards barclaycard or one of the others, it would be about £50 I think a month. This would make sense right.
