Sadly some people are rubbish at their jobs. In those cases I ask to speak to a supervisior. As soon as you start getting angry with the person its best to ask to speak to a supervisior and start the coversation afresh. Also the supervisior will speak to the person afterwards as the first person you spoke to should been able to sort it without needing it to go up a level.
Normally if you ask for a manager the advisor is still listening to the call anyway
At the end of the day the advisor will speak to you how you speak to them...
Kicking and screaming wont help theres a top tip be civil and youll get proper answers from the advisor plus they will be more willing to help.Im an ex employee RBS GroupHowever Any Opinion Given On MSE Is Strictly My Own0 -
