I was welling up at SH reply in CAFC's diary. Lucky CMD can blame her hormones.
I know, it was such a beautiful reply with honesty and compassion. Oh I might start off again
Doodles - you should go and see the house to say goodbye.Personally I am not emotional about property but then I haven't had children in a house so I probably would be then. When we left Scotland I didn't even turn around and give it a second glance. And it was my 1st house and I lived there for 4 years.Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947

Its my first and only house so it has many happy memories, but mainly the bringing up of my children. It doesn't look like home anymore though as we did so much in the last few months and obviously none of my stuff there.
I think I will go on my own without my little girl as I know I will be emotional. I just worry I will regret it if I dont go and I would quite like to say bye properly to my neighbours too I think.Proud to be dealing with my debts - DFW No: 712

I think it is the right thing for you to do to go back and say goodbye. It will be like closure for you and then you can really move on. Don't worry about crying, it's good to cleanse the soul!Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947

When I finally sold my house it was about 6 months after I'd moved out so the final goodbye wasn't too hard but when I acutely moved out I did cry as I drove away. It may have been more about the fact I was moving miles away and starting a new job and role thoughLooking for the perfect home and saving to make becoming a MFW easier

I am proper blubbing, was going to crack open some wine but maybe not the best thing to do.
I will do it tomorrow I think, mums agreed to have DD for me for a bit so I can do it alone, I think going back there will just confuse her and she has settled in here now so well I don't want to rock the boat.Proud to be dealing with my debts - DFW No: 712
