Oh !!!!!!! We live in a moronic country where someone is able to get screwed in such a silly manner (excuse my French).

Give 'em hell Doodledo - I'm sick to the back teeth of solicitors, lettings agents and customer service folk who seem to miss the point - that they're there to provide a service, not to make a few hundred quid...

Hope the weekend gets better fast...

Nah I wasn't too hard I could have been worse, she just got flummoxed because I started quoted laws at her and the fact that are breaching law society rules.
