I always go through blackcircles and get them fitted at Stacey Bushes - nice blokes there.

A friend want to hold her engagement party in Milton Keynes. She is looking for somewhere cheap with a bar and a garden (kid friendly).

    Any ideas?

If she knows anyone who lives on any of the estates with residents' clubs, they might be worth a shout (my local one has a garden with playground toys, a bar and a hall to hire, for example). Not sure of prices, mind, and who would be eligible to hire it... (presumably only local residents)

You could try the Herald sporting club near Stacey Bushes, or theres a residents club at Bancroft Park.

I've been asked by my boss to find a large commercial property (50,000 sq ft)!! Near a sub station (because of the power going OUT of the unit, not coming in) so as to keep installation costs down.........

Does anyone know where I might find out the locations of electricity sub stations in the MK area?
Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.

There aren’t going to be that many 50k units available so probably the easiest is to just visit and drive around and look. EDF (or whoever is today’s owner of the electricity network) will have maps as will maybe the fire brigade and less likely MKC. The trick will be getting past customer service to the people who actually have the maps.

Good luck, and if it’s not secret, satisfy my curiosity and tell me what the business is please

Thanks for that, off to look at EDF website now.Project is still at the secret stage, but knowing 'the boss' when it's finalised it will be in the papers!

I was hoping someone can help me, I am going to the MK bowl for Nick Jr on saturday morning, As well as not wanting to pay the £5 to park I am worried that if I did park at the bowl it would take ages to get away.

Does anyone know of a place where i can park that is within 10-15 minutes walk of the bowl (a street name with free parking would be superb)

    many thanks
