    Does anyone know if there is any firework excitement on Saturday night in the lovely MK? I know there is the Campbell Park one on Sunday but we were hoping there was one on Saturday.
    Our dream has come true... :D

    I popped over to Stacey Bushes today, to The Warehouse MK in Heathfield...

    <snip>

    Price-wise and service-wise - so far, very very good. I will report back once the fitting has taken place at the end of the month.

    I said I'd report back!

    Flooring went down this morning - I got a call about an hour before the fitter arrived to let me know when he'd be on his way.

    Flooring is a branded name so is good quality; although I haven't managed to find anything of a similar price including fitting.

    Fitter was friendly and got on with the job; no faffing. I'm pleased with the finish although he hadn't any silicone to seal the edges so I've got that job to do; I could've demanded it be done if necessary (not worth the hassle!)

    All in all very pleased. Also pleased to hear about the problems and The Warehouse's resolution with my mother's flooring: They rang her last week to say that there'd been a problem with the supply of the flooring she'd picked; and invited her to go back and pick a new style of flooring to replace it (this was 2 days before it was due to be fitted).

    Typically, mum's second choice was more expensive than her first; although The Warehouse have waived the additional fee and will pick the cost up.

    First rate service and I hope that my experiences will lead you guys to consider using them as well.

  • Looking for some ideas for the family for New Year's Eve in MK. Myself, OH, daughter (14) and son (12).

    They're a bit too old to just send to bed but too young to head for the pub!

    Any suggestions gratefully received!
