Also can anyone recommend a play gym. I was going to get a mat with an arch but think the play gym might last longer. Any thoughts?

We have this one, had the same (but previous version) for the other two boys too:D
Obviously it is no longer on Amazon, I got mine off eBay:money:

OMG my head is spinning, all day I have been reading and tapping away and trying to research about the financial info and pros and cons of going Uni full time:confused: I'm almost as confused as when I started:confused: Well I'm getting there, it is a minefield of bureaucracy:mad:

I tried last week but it hurt because of the bruising and the numbness in my belly.

I'm fine, just got that 'just had a baby and now feeling a bit of an anticlimax' thing going on at the moment. Think it's made worse because the first week I spent running about and now she just wakes to eat and then sleeps again so I'm not feeling that 'new mummy run off her feet' thing. Will probably come next week when DH is back at work and I have to get up at 7am instead of 11am :D

Amber is official now, so I can get the child benefit form filled out and what not, how exciting is my life?

MOTM, you can stay, and have a cookie! :D:T

Well 7 days after I gave birth I got in a pair of jeans a size smaller than pre-pregnancy! I lost 1.5stones while pregnant and then another 0.5stones once I had given birth! It's slowly creeping back on though.
Think I need to have a pig out weekend and then back on my diet Monday.

:rotfl: No that's the normal men, I don't like Westlife :D I actually don't mind a couple of their songs. Couldn't tell you names without asking the kids though. A couple of mine love them, especially Mark

Oh, at the hospital today, I saw a woman who looked pregnant with twins - not fat, just massively pregnant - and she had a way-too-small tshirt on her so it was showing about eight inches of belly, stretchmarks included... Then I realised she had a baby in the car seat at her feet and was waiting to be picked up after giving birth!!
  • Sami - have you seen these Timmy toys??

I am still looking for Where's Boo stuff if anyone sees any.
