Bit of a TMI question, but when did you all start having 'relations' again after giving birth?

    Wow!..................
    Sealed Pot Challenge #817 £50 banked :)
  • I managed to catch the tip of Caitlyn's finger with the clippers while DH was holding her...Was devastated... I bit them for ages but she kept getting wound up with me doing it, so I went back to clippering but only when she was asleep... I think I've got my confidence back though because I've done it while she's awake the last 2 times...

Film was quite good... I like things that are a bit different to the usual hollywood dross... Lots of special effects... A few people popped etc...

On the subject of Mums and labour... My Mum didn't know about Aimee until about 6 hours after she was born, even though she came to the hospital to fetch my house keys so she could go and see to my dogs about 20mins before I delivered her... With Caitlyn, she came to take us to the hospital and kind of loitered around, I think she was hoping it was imminent so she could witness it because nobody told her to leave... But when they said I was only 3cm she decided not to bother lol... She did come back at 1am to give hubby a lift home though (otherwise he'd of been walking!) and when she came into the room we were having skin to skin and tea and toast and I was still sitting in my own mess... She never mentioned it though...

Mookie, I'm sorry your mother couldn't of been more supportive to you at such an important time in your life. If you feel you need to rant about it then we're all here to listen (or read... whatever... ;))
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

ooh did you get the cosatto one? if not which one?
I really wish I could afford to get this done rather than the old train track method!!! Dentist said once I'd had my jaw seen to he'd get me braces:eek: Been there done that don't want to do it again, not train tracks anyhoo!!
Scruffy there is an inbetween type that my friend had where you stil have the single wire going across but the little squares on each tooth are clear/tooth coloured so you only see the brace when close up, why not ask ur dentist if its still an option? (it was about 10yrs ago)
I'm contemplating the possibility of a brace :( one of my wisdom teeth is coming through at an angle and pushing all my teeth round so my slightly wonky tooth is now very wonky :(
The very best is sometimes what nature gives us for free.

i found it really helpful to read about fritha/ladybirdintheuk/r.mac/bruno's experience as i try and take bits and pieces from what they do that might work for us.

i was talking to a friend and said i felt so much pressure (or that i am putting so much pressure on myself) to have baby girl going off to sleep on her own. but i keep repeating to myself the jest of r.macs post (and MFD's advice to me) a while back in that what is important is what works for you and your family.

    :T:T:T YAY - go AF :T:T:T

Just remember that anything you try you should try for 2 or 3 nights to see if it has an effect or not...just to let everyone get used to what is going on :D

Hope baby girl likes her new bibs ;):D
