They've just changed our PE kit Lou, for the new year 7. No-one else has got it, or has
    to have it

Not sure I dare rejoin the thread AGAIN. I feel like I've failed so many times but it'll hopefully be easier this time because all the Spuds are doing it together :o

My OH has been doing SW from home and has lost 5lbs in his first week, you know you will always be welcome on the thread, we loves the Spud:D

My boys are about 6stone wet through so they will be continuing to stuff their faces for the forseeable future:rolleyes:

just popped home in my lunch break.

    Sammy - sorry you didn't pass :(
Lou - let's hope it isn't a sickness bug - perhaps it's thoughts of the term ahead.
SRM- good luck with the rollercoaster!

Maz- sounds as if he is realising what he had. The fact you didn't reply (because you didn't know you had the texts!) was probably a good thing - will make him realise you have struck out on your own and have your own life now.

Not much news from me - late night last night so tired today. Cancelled my car insurance renewal before work and have found a cheaper quote which also comes with £40 cashback through quidco. Will sort that when I get back later.

spud - please don't worry..... once kids get back to school and are fully active again the weight will drop off... and anyhoo your kids are gorgeous so nothing to worry about on that score....

there is something far wrong if kids don't put on weight over time.... tell them they ain't done growing yet!

Erin is very heavy for her age.... but she goes in fits n starts... as all kids do.
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....

Ta Maz. They've both put on about a stone over the last month or so, but as you say havent been as active as they would be at school. Going to send em out to play soon, so they're not sat in front of the telly all day.

I guess I'm terrified with DS starting high school, that he will be picked on for his weight, he is a big lad and heading towards chubby :o

I was worried about my DS1 too when he went to Comp but for the other end of the scale, he was tiny and smaller than most of the girls in his year too. He is 16 and has hardly developed any muscle tone that would be expected of his age he still has to have childrens trousers while his mates are all buying cool stuff from Top Man etc

I think what I am trying to say is that we all worry about them starting comp no matter how they are.

Carl has never had a days bother I have to say even though I worried my eyes out about him.

Just thought I'd pop in and say hi to everyone.:hello: Not much going on here today - just more job hunting. Have already done today's viewing for the house so just pilates later on really. Got my acceptance letter from the college - turns out it is more than they said it would be - grrrr. Just haven't bothered to give me times yet.
Hope everyone has a good day and those that haven't started so well improve.
