Because pregnant woman and diabetics are the highest risk for complication as far as I'm aware.

..from a mcirobiologist point of view (and someone who has wafted a few different flu viruses around in her time .:o:o...luckily one was H1N1 :cool::cool:.).....those masks almost look like they're effective

Well it's difficult to assess exactly how good as we are using a 'qualitative' fit test rather than a 'quantitive' fit test (particle measuring machinery costing thousands)
The FFP3 filters are effective at filtering approx 99% of particles down to 0.1 micron (we'll be using them for aerosol generating procedures - bronchoscopy, dentistry etc...)
