    why oh why did we not renew our security software???:mad::mad::mad::mad:
    oh that's it, we were skint and now we have some sort of virus on our computer, running a mcafee free scan thingy and so far it has detected one threat - how the f*** do i get rid of it??? really hope it doesn't find any more, i'm getting worried now

    flying wise i have washed the pots, WM on, s&s kitchen and bathroom and washed, dried and straightened my hair, had our dinner and now we really need to get our backsides into gear or we will miss the train!:mad:

    You can get AVG for free here.
    Not sure how to get rid now you have it but AVG should stop anymore.
    Does the MacAffee not offer a 'clean up' option for you ?

    alibobsy - wow! You have damsons and pears in your hedgerows? That sounds amazing. All I could find were rosehips, blackberries and elderflower.

    Tuesday Twinkles ~ Kitchen and dining area
    Level One
    mop the floor
    Wednesday Wobblies ~ Bathroom, Landing and Loo!
    Level One
    [STRIKE]Declutter the floors.. [/STRIKE]mop or vacuum as appropriate
    [STRIKE]Empty and wash out the bins![/STRIKE]
    Level Two
    Wash any shower curtains, bathmats etc that need it
    [STRIKE]clean the bath/loo/basins/showers etc .. polish up those taps so they shine!
    Scrub down the tiles [/STRIKE]

    Level Three
    [STRIKE]Wipe over any paintwork, including the doors!
    Clean any light fittings[/STRIKE]

    Empty and tidy the towel cupboard
    Extras
    Wash the radiator and windows.. polish the mirrors
    Spend half an hour doing something for yourself!! Because you're worth it!!

    Okay well I've filled the WM, nearly finished decluttering the DR floor and built a box.

    Going to nip to see to my mate's animals now and then go and pick the kids up.

    This is prob really obv, but can you find it in control panel, programs, and uninstall it?

    Greenbee- I would keep quiet till they formally issue you with notice in writing. I don't see that you need to tell them at all? Otherwise they may try to argue that you are resigning during aperiod of consultation rather than being made redundant.

    At work so nothing done yet. I did put the WM on but that is it.
