    Morning everyone

Its a lovely day here but not much planned other than catching up on here [up to page 17] and doing ALOT of flying - kids permitting.

Thank you for all your kind words and support, yesterday was emotional but we got through it, DD was very upset but she was OK. Hearing about your experiences has helped and so have your kind words so Thank you.

KAZ - "at the moment they are in a heap on the path, and there is a frog in them! it is still cross about being evicited from the pond!" This made me laugh - had a picture in my head of a frog with the hump lol

Valli - hope you have a great time

Hugs to all who need them

Jo - hope it went ok yesterday

    morning all

kaz - sorry about your cat
jinky - grrrr, i know the feeling!

i'm off sick today. After 10 days my cold is not much better, am sneezing less but now seem to be starting a bit of a cough. I'd almost completley lost my voice my last night. DH put his foot down last night and told me i needed to take a day or two off rather than let it get any worse (i had a nasty post viral thing a few years ago which I don't want to experience again!). So I'm here. I've done a couple of important work emails, phoned in sick and now need to chill! I went to bed at 10pm again last night and got up about 8am so hopefully a long nights sleep has helped! AF is here too (first in about 14 months) so that's not helped I guess!

I have no real agenda for today. I might take myself up the road for a coffee at some point. I'm meant to be meeting friends tonight for an early dinner but not sure I'll make it as a) feel bad going out when off work b) it means trekking into waterloo.

What I do need to do is find a holiday cottage for our hols in late Sept, i might also sort out the freezer (which is pretty empty at the moment), do an online shop if I can get a delivery today and sort through my wardrobe. I should also type up the girls brigade programme for next term as I offered to do it after our meeting last night (will take me half the time it would take MiL. on the other hand i could do that at work ;)

right, I'm waffling. Time for some water and tea and some daytime tv.
