Have done both of those bingos and have withdrawn £200 from kingjackpot..

Am a bit upset at the minute DH is usually very quiet and placid.
Tonight he was trying to put windows on the Mac computer I bought him a few months ago and he crashed it completely which put him a foul mood and then he went to the pub ..came home and went to phone a chinese and cos he didn't get an answer smashed his phone, followed by the mac computer(I only bought it him a couple of months ago) followed by his other desk top computer...so that's about £3 grands worth!!!!
I'm absolutely fuming....add a few swear words but most shockingly he is never like this.
Nipped on while he's gone to the chinese....won't talk to him about it tonight but am really really !!!!ed off with him.
He's cleaned the mess up now whilst I kept the dogs in this room.If he's going to start tricks like that then he can !!!! off!!!!...I'm not putting up with that

Oh flipping heck - what brought that on? Is he under stress or something?

Don't install windows on a Mac - it's like installing a skid-mark in your best underwear.

  • Awe Taxi, no wonder you are fuming and probably shocked!

Sounds like the sensible thing not to talk to him about it tonight as I should imagine it would be hard to be rational and with him in that mood it wouldn't be wise I shouldn't think.

Make sure you and the dogs stay out of his way and let him do his explaining tomorrow.

    Hope you sort things x

    Hi you two...
ZTD...I don't have a clue!!!!..he was happy enough until he crashed his computer..the he had a couple of cans..that is usual on a tuesday as it's his day off..then he sat there very quiet..then said he was going to the pub ..unusual...then came back a couple of hours later and all that happened....
He came back from the chinese ate it and said he was going to bed and he has just gone up.
He hates the all nights he does on a monday as it ruins his day off as he's tired and doesn't get up until late....he's done 14 out of 16 now.

KM...I/m def keeping out of his way!!!...he's very quiet again so probably feels stupid!!!..which he is because he will have to save his spends for another one.He wouldn't ask me now!!...
I might go to work in a couple of hours.

    Hello my dear

    Couldn't read and run

How are you feeling....you must be pretty shocked at this sudden change in behaviour...and it must also be a bit un-nerving?

Good idea to not challenge him atm and just see how things are in the morning.

But my dear...if he has crossed YOUR line.....wherever you drew it at the time cos it was right for you....please don't now change (i.e. acquiesce) your pre-established boundaries.....keep them in place going forwards as if it was right for you then, (unless something changed we don;t know about) then it's still clearly right for you now.....

    Hugs

Hi Wol..welcome!!!..it has un nerved me a little and he most definitely has crossed the line.
I will try and find out over the next few days why this has happened. It's because it is so unusual that it has un nerved me.
He bottles things up and always has trouble expressing things but I can usually prompt it out of him by gentle coaxing...there was none of that tonight...as I said he went really quiet!!!...he doesn't show anger in drink either only if he's had spirits and then nothing like that.I have a feeling he may have had a couple of brandies...I will get that answer tomorrow maybe....I do not back down on stuff anyway....I tried to calm him..I couldn't so left him to it.I think that was best in the circumstances.

You have coped very well with an extremely difficult situation :T:T

At the end of the day there is no right and wrong way to deal with this...only you know best..because ths is YOUR life.....and you have clearly handled this with common sense and practicality despite the shock you may be under. Well done.... you have amde a good call :T
And that is no mean feat....so give yourself a pat on the back. And (as you are still here, so you are probably not working tonight ;))....therefore suggest you get an early(er) night with a cup of something to make you sleep.....

    Tomorrow is another day

Hugs Hun......keep your boundaries..you are doing fine..:T:T....wishing you well for tomorrow ;)

Thanks Wol..there was no point ranting and raving..I want to keep a calm head about this as I have some thinking to do...but will not act in haste.
I guess he'll be feeling very sorry for himself at the minute and so he should.
I don't work nights...I work the days usually getting up at 6am and out by 6.30am...
I may go in a couple of hours to work...bills still need to be paid...whatever happens.
