Sorry to read your post from last night, taxi. I hope you get to the bottom of what's bothering your OH, and hope he apologises for his actions. He must have a lot of stresses and worries, I hope you can make him realise it's better to discuss them than bottle it up then smash things! Please let us know how things go, as we will all be worrying about you.

Hi Taxi, just seen your post, hope you are ok and OH has calmed and apologised this morning.

Not excusing his behaviour at all but is work or the all nights bothering him. As i've mentioned before OH has really struggled the past 9 months or so - very low and tetchy, he was doing 5 all nights and then taking me and the kids to work/school in the morning and then picking the kids up from school as I was still in work and I think the lack of/broken sleep can really mess people up.

    Hope you're ok x x

Oof, Taxi, I've just gone back a page to find out whats happened. How horrible! Scary - I'm glad some friends were online to help keep you company. Let us know how you are, hon, I don't like the sound of that.

    Positive vibes aplenty.

  • Hope things ok Taxi. You seem to have handled it well. That would have had me in tears no wonder you didnt sleep.

Spirits are evil my Oh reacts badly to booze but in particular spirits and gets really agressive. Thankfully he gave up drinking a few years ago. The last time he had a few drinks we argued.
