Taxis back to basics...debt and mortgage free before 50(feb 2014)

Thanks everyone...DGS is definitely a little character as Mum2one can vouch for as she's met him...he's a loveable rogue and a bit of a comedian I think.
I haven't seen him since friday or spoke to his mum as she's been at work. and I've been busy....it amazes me what amuses him !!!!
Luckily he's settling into school now and it's his parent evening tomorrow.

Shaun have a good time while away and thanks for the tip.

Am a bit achy from the housework..all the bending is no good for my arthritis and tired!!!..won't be doing much housework today.
Didn't end up going to work but really need to go back.

Honestly he is the most gorgeous boy, a little commedian and hes got such a heart of gold, he just chats away, give him 10 years, and he'll be breaking hearts.
Really brightens up the room, he'll have the teacher wrapped round his little finger by half term. xx

I can also say what a lovely DD mum2one has she's pretty,well mannered and very clever and artistic..you should have seen the pot dog she painted...very good ....DGs was very abstract..lol

Not much completed here today just:

Filled the car
Dropped cheque into office
3 loads of washing and drying
Washing up
Decluttered and sorted 2 big cupboards in the bathroom..you don't want to see the toiletries I needed to throw away from in there.
Sorted 4 carrier bags of stuff that were in my bedroom....recycling/throwing away etc.

So not a lot really but at least something.

Have I missed an entry into britains best cleaned house or somma? Goodness me taxi SLOW DOWN! Gotta have a bit of fun mrs....know house work is satisfying but still! dsg sounds a real character!!

:rotfl: I'm with ISOM here! Taxi!!!!! There's about a million things on that list! This is what I've managed to do today:
- the washing up.
- free bingo
- a walk round the block

Otherwise, I've sat in front of the computer, seriously! You've done loads, well done.

To be fair to me, I'm into some serious loafing because I feel a bit ragged at the edges - all those mystery shops yesterday, blah blah, I don't think I'll do that again. And my 2nd bedroom, strangely, is starting to look like a bedroom again - all that decluttering and chucking things must be starting to have an effect.

But you - you sit down and have a cup of tea! Right now! :rotfl:

Those little things add up to big things.

I have been trying to follow flylady for the last few weeks and last week I focused on the kitchen - it's not brilliant but it looks so much better than it did a few weeks ago. Keep going - even if it is litte bits. It all does make a difference. I bet you've made so much space in the bathroom and the bedroom.

Morning all,
Looks like all our housese are showing some signs of improvements which can only be for the better.
I must have been really tired last night as went to bed at 10pm fell asleep and didn't get up until 10.20am today...a whole 12 hours...I haven't felt well for a couple of days...sore throat ....and my roof of mouth feels lumpy.
Am not going to do too much today though.
£10 came in from Paypal today so has been transferred to savings.Paid £10 to DHs MBNA and transferred £1k from my halifax to his to qualify for his £5 reward money.
Have to go to PO etc etc in a bit...will list what jobs I've done later.

I've changed my mind so am going to write a list for today and see what I get done:

PO to do banking...DONE BUT HAD TO GO TWICE AS FORGOT BANK CARD!!!
Wash the car...DONE
Asda for cooked meats and bread.....DONE
Wash up....Put pots away and washed potsjust the tea time run now....DONE
Hoover 2 living rooms and hallway....DONE
Shred a carrier bag of papers...NEARLY DONE BUT SHREDDER NEEDS A REST
Hoover 2 bedrooms and bathroom
Mop 2 bedrooms and bathroom
Hoover stairs
Post..sort and file...DONE
Accounts...DONE
Sort DHs sock drawer....DONE + 2 OTHER DRAWERS
Sort DDs sock drawer...DONE
Throw away any odd socks....DONE
Wash the dog beds ...IN WASHER NOW
Put all washing away...DONE
Keep on top of washing in basket...3 LOTS DONE
