    Thanks ...had a very quiet weekend.

    My mind is set on getting rid of the mortgage now and will owe under £30k in a couple of weeks,...so am happy about that.

    Challenge = Debt at 31/01/12 = £25k. 2011 Payments = £1,944.19/£24,403.84

    There is no point in negative thought, it takes up time and energy which could be used in a positive, happy way!

    my mortgage will go down every month as it's a repayment.
    my savings will go up as I put money in my savings
    then eventually there'll be enough in the savings to match the outstanding mortgage...
    That will be a day to celebrate.

    Hey Taxi...glad to see that you are round and about again. :) And as for your mortgage, if you start busting that at the same rate you were busting your debts once your treatment is finished, you'll be mortgage free in two years, I reckon.
