Taxi, supermarket deliveries are absolute bliss! All that faff around, of charging about the supermarket, standing at the till being harrassed by everyone and everything, getting it into the car, lugging it into the kitchen - its all done for you! I love them - I'm trying to avoid them at the mo, because I'm doing my own little storecupboard challenge, but when I'm out of the woods financially, I'll definitely get a monthly shop of heavy stuff.

My sanity was saved when I discovered supermarket shopping online!

Good luck with the insurance today.

\glad you are not allowed to do anything and hope you had a lovely peaceful day with OH y'day. Lovely day here so maybe you can sit out or in the shade (my preference) enjoying your garden and reading a good book.

Think it's amazing you are out and about already so hoping the aching is subsiding and that you get good news from insurance today.

    Morning all....

Sorry If I gave the wrong impression of being out and about.....oops....basically DH drove me to each place door to door..lol

I feel too weak to go out yet which shocked me...

DH said if Ocado are ok then to carry on with online shopping as it'll be loads easier for me...I've had a text from them ...reminding me of the delivery, saying they have all the items, name of the driver, reg of the van and the name of the van...Catie Cabbage Van....how sweet to name the vans..lol

BCN has just phoned and she's coming today instead of tomorrow.

Must go and try and have a wash without getting my wound wet....can't wait to have a shower...lol

That sounds right, Taxi - the anaesthetic thing, I remember from when my little niece had her tonsils out, when she got home she slept for 2 - 4 hours every day for about a week. Nice to hear you're in your lovely pj's :)
