    HI IMD...

I'm not too bad at all...thanks just tired and a bit sore.

I don't think the insurance have took long really as the delay has been the consultant sending the paperwork back...the insurance received the stuff on the 16th and have 5 working days to make the deciscion...which they said was tomorrow. They said the best time to phone them is weds as it will have been done then.
I can't see a reason for them not to pay me but you never know how good your insurance is until you need to claim...I really don't want a battle on my hands with them...they seem quite efficient at their end.

I've just done my first ever online shop with ocado....so that should arrive wednesday between 10-11am....I'm quite impressed with their rangesof food...they are about the same price as tesco I think....but have a larger range of stuff that I buy.

You should surely get the insurance - if not they are a load of swindlers (aren't I polite wanted to say much worse!!) but fingers crossed anyway for you Taxi.

I hope the results come through quickly too - you will feel much better once you know and what the next step is. Is it very uncomfortable at night or is it under control. Are you managing to get to sleep?

I have dozed on and off all day - not been like this for ages but it's likely a 24 hour virus and nothing more than an inconvenience. I'm not going in work tomorrow either but need to go in on Wednesday as I am being assessed for the course I'm doing and they like to see us in situ working with the kids. No problem really - just need to get my head around the newest 'buzz words' - it quite tickles me - same things happening with the children as 'children are children' but the phrases surrounding them change every so often - at least it's keeping someone in a job making up the catch phrases LOL LOL

Take care and carry on listening to your body.

Hi Milann....it's a big company the insurance is with....they will be named and shamed if they don't pay up....like I said they have no reason not to pay me.....I have cancer and it's a critical illness....the only stipulation says it doesn't pay out for DCIS...I do not have DCIS...a few years ago it was on watchdog about firms not paying out....this is whats making me a bit anxious.

hope you get over your virus soon...it sounds really nasty...

nearly forgot.....i do sleep ok with it but it is really achy when I get up.

    Hey Taxi,

I have my fingers crossed for a payout for you. If they don't we will go to their head office with placards and protest loudly! *Pickle gets her craft pens out for banner writing*

I'm amazed at how well you seem to be doing in such a short period of time after such a big operation. Very well done! :T

I hope your wakey-acheys subside soon. Let us know if Ocado are any good or give you crap substitutions, and have a good sleep. x

Great that the card got there..pleased you liked it. A friend of mine makes them by hand and to order (sure she never makes any money lol). Sorrt that my shampoo isnt 100% organic but it was affordablle - unlike many of them. The ethical superstore and a couple more have cashback on quidco!
Just checking in before bed and pleased to hear you are resting!
