Hi Taxi;
Lovely to read the good news and I think pottering and quiet day sounds lovely. Sunny here today so hoping it is with you so you can potter around with your plants.
Never tried manuka honey but have an aunt who swears honey really helps so maybe worth a try.
Hope insurance co make quick decision too.
Very thrilled for Lenza.
And trying not to dribble (not a good look) at thought of home made warm bread!!!
Have a good day0 -
Thanks Maggiem...looks lovely here too....
I have an appointment with complimentary therapy this morning....don't know what will be happening there but it's my first one.
Tomorrow is my op..to get the beastie out...feel a bit numb at the moment..I haven't even cried since they told me I had cancer.Perhaps it's my mind trying to blank things out...
Hope everyone has a good day x0 -
Whatever therapy you have today, I am sure it will be great.
Just a word of warning though - sometimes they can release emotions unexpectedly, especially when you have been bottling things up. So be prepared to feel a bit tearful afterwards for a while. It affects everyone differently, so you may well not get that feeling, but it is a common side effect.
They call it the "healing crisis" but it is actually a very positive thing, as things are shifting, and releasing, so if it happens to you, embrace it.

Thanks Hypno..I think it would be good to cry but it doesn't come...maybe it will today..don't know whether I get any treatment today or whether they just discuss it but will find out shortly...0
