i grew spuds in a dustbin last year. this year we're lucky enough to have gotten an allotment. this year i'm hoping to grow more veggies so i can freeze them for use during the expensive times.0

An allotment ..that sounds like hard work.
The potatoes will be planted up tomorrow as DS will help me.
I always imagine that everyone is young on here..lol0 -
In some ways I *feel* young, Taxi - my sister had words with me the other day about furnishing the new house as if I was a student
but in other ways I feel ancient, its true

Morning Taxi
I work with young people and somtimes I foolishly think I can relate to them age wise. It never takes them long to point out that, in their eyes, I am 170 and my life is over (at the grand old age of 42)!!
You were up late last night so I hope you are having a lie in this morning.
Enjoy the potato planting!

I want to a specialist shop for larger ladies called Box 2 and let them suggest things instead of just going for safe and boring and I can honestly say that it has changed my life :rotfl:
I am on a medically controlled VLCD which is very strict and totally unlike anything I have tried before but it is working - had to some heath issues were beginning to appear:(

Sounds like fun! (The makeove). I would love to go to a colour consultant and someone who is a little less Gok but still knows what they are doing - I am not sure I see 'the truth' in the mirror and do tend to go for safe!
