Phew...what a long hot day today.

I had to get JJ out of bed this morning seeing as he didn't go to sleep until very late last night.
After breakfast we went to one farm where you have to pay an entrance fee ..it wasn't worth the money really but JJ enjoyed feeding the animals and was really excited...we also went to another couple of farms that he enjoyed as well...you should've seen the state of him after chocolate ice cream...lol..it was melting quicker than he could eat it..lol

It was too hot today and would've made for a better day if it had been cooler.I bought him a toy tractor and he was really made up with it and we had a nice lunch while out.

DD2 has bathed him for me and he has now gone to bed(minus torch..lol)....

I haven't got the stuff potted up yet as it's still very hot here.

Am in the middle of doing the washing at the minute and have washed the tea pots so am just chilling now...

Hope you've all had a good day xx

Blackpool FC have done well and gone into the premiership today...so I guess there will be plenty of partying in Blackpool today.

Taxi, it sounds like the day you had was actually wonderful, but you sound very down "in yourself", if you know what I mean. All you can do is do what you're doing - keep busy, give yourself good times, keep on going. Its not long now. Hope you have another good day with JJ.

JJ has gone home now and it's very quiet here.
DH is at work and DD2 has just gone out with her friend.Tess is asleep on DHs chair so very quiet.

It's been very hot today and we have bought some more plants...JJ picked them...lol

I'm fine thanks Karma..didn't realise I sounded a bit down but have been fine.

Hope everyone has had a nice day x

Have just been out in the garden and now have another 7 large pots scrubbed.....and have just put the last 7 large tubs in to soak ...so will scrub those tomorrow...
I now have 14 large tubs ready to use now and 7 in soak ...
I should have loads more in other sizes and suspect they are either at the back of the shed or in the attic...so will look for those when DH has time.

I should manage to get everything potted up before wednesday anyway.....

We have quite a variety to pot on...strawberries,tomatoes,onions,lettuce,cucumber.courgette,chillies,cucumber,peppers ans various other plants...don't know how many will survive...nearly forgot..we have potatoes as well.
