Got most of the list done but had to stay out of the garden this afternoon as it was way too hot.
JJ is looking forward to growing some plants bless him.
He's in bed with his torch..he absolutely loves it...he's quiet now so hopefully asleep now.
I'm tired so will not be staying up too late...0 -

There is no point in negative thought, it takes up time and energy which could be used in a positive, happy way!

Nothing like a torch to keep 'em happy. In December the kids at nursery that stay till 4.30 LOVE to get dressed up warm and just run around outside with a torch (the only time they are with us in dark) as many never go out in the dark to play. Had tears from them as they didn't want to go home.
At work for summer fair tomorrow morning - I will end up sticky as I'm on icing biscuits with kids - lots of icing, sweets and stickiness LOL. Meeting DS in Manchester later so will probably have dinner/tea out somewhere nice.
Was gutted today - put my trays of tomatoes and courgettes out in plug trays to harden off - that I'd lovingly grown on windowledge and I forgot about them - never did anything with them - been running back and forth to MIL as she isn't too good and they look decidedly dead - have watered them tonight but I don't even think miracle grow will do much for them - might save a courgette or two but not very MSE buying seeds to kill off is it.
Enjoy your weekend - it should tire you out anyway LOL

Lovely image of JJ enjoying his torch so much - hope he isn't too tired today tho.
Milann -sorry to hear about the plugs, you put all that work in and make one mistake and everything collapses. I know that feeling *so* well..... Hope you can save something.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -

I think you have me confused with someone else there, KC! Chirpy is not how I would describe myself right now!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0
