took a leaf ....bad pun ,,,,out of your book and planted some veg in buckets,,,30c from bq(the bucket's)

4 tom plants 2 tom bushes sun flowers and 2 boxes of salad,,,just been out to check on them,,,
storks is what im growing now,,,,slugs and snails ate the lot :(:(
petunias (sp) aint looking to good either, even the flower pots on the wall have been nibbled

would have been cheaper to buy a big bag of slug food!!!!!
oh yeah already did that :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Taxi, what a lovely idea - its positive for everybody when you do something like that :kisses3:

Shaun - keep your eggshells, and when they're dry, crunch them up in your hands and chuck them around each plant. Its not infallible, but between that and picking them off by hand / drowning them, you can maybe keep on top of them.

I haven't repotted the plants yet but have remembered to water them.

The potatoes are to go in some plastic dustbins....so I need to wash the bins and drill some holes in the bottom of them first.....
I also need to wash the containers/pots that are sat in the garden.
So I better make a list of todays jobs to do.

(1) Deposit money in bank
(2)Get bread
(3) Wash bins and pots /containers
(4) Drill holes in said bins
(5)Pot all the stuff up.
(6)Dust downstairs
(7)hoover downstairs
(8)brush and mop floors upstairs
(9) Wash pots in kitchen
(10) put potsaway
(11) clean kitchen sink
(12)wipe kitchen sides down
(13)Do washing
(14) hang on line
(15) Wipe windowsills down
(16) Check both Halifax accounts......DONE
(17) Check A+L accounts....DOWN FOR MAINTAINANCE
(18) Do accounts..not done them for a few days
