Wow, Taxi! And again, well done! Now that you've cleared THREE cards, maybe it is time to focus on the healthy you bit for a little while, get that regular and ongoing....

Spring is sprung for you, and really opening up the possibilities very soon!

Thanks Karma...I think you are totally right:D:D:D
I definitely need to get some sort of routine going on the healthy me front as I feel totally drained this month from all the stress of sorting the finances...the main stress was clearing the halifax before interest kicked in and paying the Amex in full and not using a credit card at all..in effect meaning that it was like paying double bills plus the halifax balance off which was just short of £1k this time last month.:eek::eek::eek::eek:

It should be loads easier from this month as I won't have the Amex bill due around the 10th of each month now as I'll already have paid for stuff as I go.:T:T:T

On the healthy front..I need to factor in some gentleexercise to start with everyday.
I also need to eat 3 healthy meals a day.

On the cleaning front I need to do about 30 mins a day
I also need to do a little decluttering each day even if it'sonly a drawer....

I will be joining the gym April or May when I've sorted my finance and back on my feet....

My son popped in last night with a bunch of flowers, card and £30 Evans card....One DD bought me a swimming costume and the other is bringing a pressie tomorrow so have been spoilt....lol

    Morning all,
Day off but have been up for hours. All banking and stuff checked and is ok.
I've decided to start eating healthy as from today...
I have just had a bowl of Special K with skimmed milk and 4 dried apricots.
My aim is to have 3 healthy meals a day..

What usually happens is that I'm up very early but not hungry and then out on the road until between 1pm-2pm.I usually have my main meal at 3pm....then snack on rubbish later on.I have been eating when at work but usually along the lines of bacon butty, mcdonalds ,ham salad butty from shop.
I'm thinking along the lines of either taking a yoghurt and fruit to work or popping back in the house for a quick bowl of cereal...for breakfast.
Count my main meal at 3pm ish as my lunch
Have 3rd meal....early evening maybe soup or something similar.

It's hard fitting 3 meals a day in but I should really do that. Also having more meals at home will save a lot of money.

Sounds like good stuff. If you have a thermos flask could you use it to take milk with you to work to put on your cereal without having to return home (for busy days)?

Nice to see some positive health stuff going on to join the positive money stuff! :)

I only live around the corner from the areas that I work but that's a good idea for the flask.

Have been for two walks today one to do a bit of shopping and a long one with the dog.So have made a start DD and DGS will be round very soon. It's her birthday tomorrow.
