Sounds like you're feeling a bit better, taxi - hope your batteries and nicely recharged before you're off into the fray again - and don't forget, weight loss will help with that too.

I'm more like you on the weight loss thing - trying to do it through portion control, and not eating carp.

Right back again...
Have walked there and back to the bank and PO to take care of business.It only took about 30 mins but am tired now.
I've paid £26 off Halifax CC not a lot but was change that I had in the house.
I have dinner on in the slow cooker...chicken chausseur and we'll have new pots and veg with that.
Have done the washing as well and washed the pots.
DD is popping in for a brew shortly so will enjoy the company.

That was where the productivity ended for today as DD and her mate were round for a couple of hours.

I'm with you on the dieting front still. Joined the gym & last night had my induction, so need to stick with it and reduce the carp i eat and the volume that i eat.
