Thanks KC...I do want to give up and tackle my demons so I know I'll do it sometime.
My book is on it's way as I had an e-mail today.0 -
Morning all.
Not a lot going on but managed to get to sleep at about 1am and got up at 5.30am so trying to stay awake all day now so that I can get back in routine.
just thinking of something to do now as I need to wait in for a redelivery today...though I'm sure DHL never knocked yesterday as there were 3 of us in the house and neither of the dogs barked!!!!..just a card shoved through the door.
Have a good day all.0 -
Right,I've decided to have a go at tackling my weight.I'm not putting myself under pressure by going to S/W or WW etc.
So my plan is to eat 3 smaller healthy meals per day and not to eat rubbish.I normally only eat a tea each day but think it is too big and then graze all night.
This morning I've had porridge with honey and dried apricots..dinner is usually about 3pm so this will count as lunch and about 7pm I'll have something light.
I will wait until DH gets up and then I can weigh myself .Hopefully this approach will work.I also need to do some exercise but don't know what yet0 -
Smaller meals are helpful - blood sugar doesn't rush up and down so much, and eventually your stomach gets a bit smaller. Portion control, as Hypno was saying just this morning. Hope it all goes well, Taxi, see you later

Weighed myself today and have lost 5lbs over the last couple of weeks...don't know how!!!
On the MSE front I've had an e-mail to say my insurance on quidco from september has finally been validated after I raised a ticket with them...only £40 but it'll be another £40 less debt when I get it.
I have £12 in my paypal account from various surveys so will leave that for a bit longer and then pay that off debt.
It all mounts up.
Will be glad when this tooth is out and I can get back to work and get into the swing of debtbusting again.0 -

Well done on the weight loss, maybe it is a bit of silver lining with the tooth

Morning all,
Pleased to say that I'm up bright and early(should be after the amount of sleep I had last night).
Very tired but trying to get back into my normal sleep pattern ready for monday.
Alll bank accounts checked and nothing interesting there and also all e-mails checked.
Don't know what my plans are for today but they will include a walk to the bank.Otherwise just pottering as nothing much needs doing and can't do anything noisy as DH in bed.
Have a good day x0 -
