hope that you eventually managed to get some sleep.
I like your thinking re your plan, sounds very doable and even better if you manage to achieve it before Christmas as you would like.
Keep plugging away, you're doing brilliantly.

Thanks Tea ....I eventually fell asleep about 8.30am this morning:eek::eek::eek::eek:
I can but try to pay it off by chrsitmas but if I don't there will still be a few months left on the barclays 0% card and christmas and new year are our biggest earners.
As you say keep plugging away..it'samazing how quick payments can add up.:):):)0 -
I think you're right - if you're sure your offset money is available in 24 hours, then thats the same as having emergency savings. Go for it!2023: the year I get to buy a car0

I've not really done much today as obviously my sleep is all out of sync.
I had a walk to the office and back to drop my subs off.
I am off all this week so am planning on getting my sleep pattern back to normal.
Think I need a list of jobs to tackle as well.
(1)I aim to have a small walk each day.
(2) I am going to spend at least 30 mins a day decluttering.
(3)I need to sort DSs bills and budget this week.
(4)Do at leat 30 mins housework a day
(5)Keep on top of washing/drying
(6)have tooth out friday.
(7)Take DS shopping
(8)Make all meals from stuff already in and just buy bits when needed so far shopping list is just gravy granules tomorrow
(9)Walk to bank each day to deposit takings
(10)Get some quotes to fix car damage
I know the list doesn't look like much but is a fair bit for me as I haven't been well.
Some of you may wonder why I only work 7am-1pm...this is because I have arthritis and sitting for long periods makes it worse.
Also in the afternoons...I go to the bank, have the car washed and fuel the car and also have to have any works done on the car or pick up any bits of shopping.
Also,DH likes to spend time with me before he goes to work at 5pm...he also cooks the tea.I then do housework when hes gone to work.
We usually just have tuesday off together and obviously on aproper day off don't want to spend it running around doing the jobs I do in the afternoon.0 -
It looks like plenty to me, Taxi - items 1,2 and 4 take up one and a half hours daily on their own, and this is all on top of work!2023: the year I get to buy a car0

Thanks KC...am sure I can get it back in 24 hours as did it jan ..it used to be 3 days.
The offset bit won't start building up until christmas at least so this year will be the scary year without savings but if nothing major costing more than £2k crops up I should be ok but will have money on CCsas well so hoping I've covered everything this way.0 -
U make sure you find sometime for you in all that planning xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0

Just caught up Taxi - toothache is so rotten - are you keeping it warm with a warmed pillow or hot water bottle to help it along.
It's rubbish when life gets in the way of plans isn't it - keeps happening to me all the time.
Take care - those sleep patterns sound horrendous - hope they sort themselves out. I slept a full 12 hours at dd's the first night I was there - think it must have been a relief to see her much better that I slept with a clear mind - I had been sleeping ok-ish but waking tired every morning - so must have been worrying about things without realising it.

Thanks you two...it's not too bad now the antibiotics seem to have kicked in since they doubled them.
Think we all know the one about life getting in the way..lol..but we will get there eventually.
Glad that you slept well at DDs .0
