I agree with Shaun. Have driven in the snow lots of times in the past and once i remember sliding down a rather steep hill in Lancaster...it did put me off a bit. I won't drive in this and think it is safer walking, i hope your boss does see sense and i am sure he knows how committed you are.

Hi taxi, sorry to hear about your very understandable unhappiness re work! I really hope they see sense and don't make your husband drive if it's dangerous. What kind of morons would want to take a taxi in those conditions anyway?

Hey Taxi - the snow has fallen again - although lots of cars on the road this morning - can you get out now? THere have been a fair few taxis coming down my street. Must be so frustrating sweetie.
