Taxis back to basics...debt and mortgage free before 50(feb 2014)

Hi everyone..belated Merry Christmas..hope you all had a good one..I'll catch up within a few days promise x
We have managed to work the last couple of days but boy is is scary !!!!!!!!
The main roads are quite good...some side streets are pure ice!!!!...I got the car stuck twice today and it was really scary...
On top of everything else DH is ill...he hasn't been able to sleep for 3 nights due to coughing...so will probably have more time off..so I may end up doing doubles who nows.
Christmas day was fine ..DGS absolutely loved it..his mum cooked the dinner....
Tomorrow DS1 is meant to be coming down fron Scotland with the new baby.He'll be staying at his brothers ..I haven't even bought presents yet for them.So going to be busy round here I think.
Oh by the way the boss stuck to the compulsories..lol

Side streets still sheet-ice here - rained a bit then re-froze - very dangerous!!

Been a funny old Christmas here - had a good day here but dd poorly again - ended up back in hospital - hopefully should be home tomorrow. So it has been at the back of my mind all the time. Even though she is grown and living 200 miles away and hopefully nothing too serious - I want to be with her at the mo. Weather permitting we will go on Monday now.
