Bit hard for anyone to advise without any details of the auction and the seller.

I would certainly avoid and not just because of the name.

Phone is used yet no indication as to how used, any damage or any problems. This might mean it doesn't even work and if you don't ask you are likely to lose a paypal chargeback as it doesn't actually say it works.

Sending standard post, so seller is an idiot as he will lose everything if the phone goes astray in the post and buyer does a chargeback. I always think sellers who don't know what they are doing are too much of a gamble to risk buying from.

    I wouldn't risk *my* money.

Have you tried an o2 business contract, it used to be £14.99 a month with a free phone, and no mins. Got my daughter one last year and picked the Samsung D500, I just took the contract sim out and replaced it with a pay&go sim. Just cancel the contract at the end of the term. Its a cheap way to get a new phone as you get to pay it over 12 months.

No disrespect and definetly not being rude. But isnt it a bit stupid paying £15 a month and getting no mins? 12 x 15 = £180, I can almost get any fone for that price, 2nd hand obviously but you can get £15 amonth contracts with minutes and a fone, e.g. t mobile 3000mins....blah blah blah.

Thanks for the thought though no disrespect. Im 16, so getting a contract isnt really an option.

And i also mean no disrespect and i'm not being rude to you either but you shouldn't even be buying on eBay being only 16.

    Just a thought.
