Well you're not so far wrong as it turns out. I've just spoken to her, and she has had enough and has decided to keep it now. Which is a real shame as I spoke to my dad and it really isn't a very good quality product, but I think he ultimately agreed to keep it as it he could see how stressed my mum was getting. So looks like ebuyer have won on this occasion :mad:
They live a couple of hours away from us, but next time we go and see them I'll have to have a look myself, see if there are any settings / new cables or anything that would help to improve things for them.
