Help needed to find courier for TV

Hi,
My mum bought my dad a new TV as a surprise off the web, but he doesn't actually want it. It's a 32 inch LCD so not absolutely giant or anything.
The company she bought it from, refuses to pay for return postage as it's not faulty, and they are just returning it under the 7 days DSR due to having changed their mind.
So my mum has tried to find a courier to pay to send it back herself. She has called lots and lots, but none will take it due to it being a TV. Seems very odd. The size and weight is not an issue, but they ask what it is, and as soon as they see it's a TV they refuse to take it.
Please can anyone help suggest someone that would actually accept this ?
Many thanks.
Edit: my mum has now told me there is also a PO Box on the address the TV needs returning to, and that some couriers won't accept this either.

use www.interparcel.com i sent a t.v via this site recently, went by fedex cost just over £9 with vat....pretty good really.0

Have you enquired as to why they won't deliver? Probably because its more fragile or something :SMSE allowed me to see the light0

i stated it was a t.V. on the form, wasn't a problem...
could probably use parcel2go.com too just see which is cheaper0 -
Thanks for the replies. I'll try those and see what they say. Seems very odd, but somehow because it is a TV they have all flatly refused. I'll let you know how I get on.0

I've just amended my initial post, as I went back to my mum with the suggestions, but she has already tried them. What she hadn't told me originally was that the TV needs to go back to a PO Box, and that some companies have refused due to that.
Any other suggestion for how to courier a TV to a PO Box please?
Thank you again.0 -
that sounds dodgy max. what company did she buy it from?2023 wins - zilch, nada, big fat duck. quack quack,0

I've just asked her who the company was - it is ebuyer. I'm surprised, I have always found them to be ok. But she says when she called to arrange return, was on hold for 86 mins on 0870 numnber (she did try saynoto0870), and they were really unhelpful, said she would just have to arrange return by herself.
Don't suppose anyone has an alternative address, that is a non-PO box? Then perhaps I could get her to retry the courier someone suggested above.0 -
I'm not sure, but I think under the DSRs, ebuyer is responsible for return postage? Maybe if you posted on the Consumer Advice board, somebody a bit more knowledgeable might be able to advise further?:j30/7/10:j

I didn't even know there was a consumer advice board! Is that one of the new ones that was recently added? I'll go over now and have a look - thanks.0
