Have you tried washing it in the washing machine. I do this but I admit its not a perfect solution. However there is some improvement to be had.The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best0

Kim and Aggie reccomend that a heavily soiled non-machine washable curtain's best soaked in a solution of one part bleach to four parts water. Or if it is machine washable, wash with a couple of large towels & biloogical powder. Remove curtain before spin cycle & hang up to let creases fall out. Hope that helps.0

It's machine washable but the normal wash cycle doesn't get rid of the stains. I'll try bleaching. Many thanks!0

Yep we always do this on a regular basis. Keeps em looking good. We always soak them in the bleach solution in the bath, then you are bleaching the bath at the same time!!What goes around - comes around

I have put mine in the washing machine at a hot wash and this cleans it.
Now after every shower I make a point of extending it out across the full length of the bath to let it dry out naturally ( I used to leave it all bunched up ) and so far I haven't had to wash it because of mouldly mildew stuff, but because it hadn't been washed for ages... ) and so far I haven't had to wash it because of mouldly mildew stuff, but because it hadn't been washed for ages...
I also lift the bath mat out to dry as well....I won't go into details about how bad the last one was... Must learn not to count chickens before they are hatched!!!!:D Must learn not to count chickens before they are hatched!!!!:D

If all else fails....I just bought a tesco value white shower curtain, for about 93p and it is great value for money, a nice soft curtain rather than the more rigid value ones from B&Q etc.Trying to tidy and clean while the kids are still growing, is like trying to clear snow even though it's still snowing
