  • Thanks for all your replies about herbal drinks for BF. I have stocked up on fennel and nettle tea from Mr T as it was on offer and I'll wait to see if I need any Fenugreek tabs and get a script from the doc, might as well rather than buying from H&B as we get them free for a bit!

Glam - I can't believe you have lost nearly a stone in 7 days and thinking you haven't been producing enough milk, well done. It sounds like you're doing wonderfully.

Brednall - hiya, no need to be so formal, you're very welcome.

SugarSpun - Posted query this morning, but glad to know that porridge also works, as I like that, too.

Nikkit - Pic looks great, baby is obviously very contented.

Lunch was lovely, PE is obviously the place to go if you have kiddies, lots of them everywhere.

OH is having a round of golf on the xbox360 so I'm putting together my shopping list for Lidl tomorrow. Got loads of fresh stuff on offer so thought I'd stock up.

  • Sorry i went awol could someone sum up for me please mind is not stretching to take in all the posts at the moment.

Had sucess getting my sister admited to a hospital but unfortunatly she tried to end herself another 3 times before they acted. She has lost the use of her hand and fingers. They are going to operate tomorrow and see what they can rescue. Still struggling to accept it has come to this. Mum is in bits, bump has been causing me problems, i was trying to have a debate with a rather arrogant nurse that would not listen to common sense and i had to run mid sentence to the loo. Very embarrassing
Have a feeling this baby may be a hand full.
    Hope everyone is well

Sugar - Bear was asking about Fennel and Nettle tea helping with milk supplies as she thought she might have read that somewhere. We have advised her on oats and fenugreek but not heard about the others.

Fennel is definitely supposed to help, as is RLT. I don't know about nettle tea though.

Unless you can pull their heads out of their backsides so this dose not happen to someone else.
    No
Or you can find that nurse and slap her lol

She wound me right up when she assured my mum my sister was not suicidal in a very demising tone and my sis actually tried whilst mum was on the phone to her, felt like knocking 6 bells out of her.
