I plan on singing through them this time so i appologise in advance for any adverse weather we get hehe ;-) x
My midwife told me that if your (mouth) lips are relaxed then your 'downstairs lips' (for want of a better phrase) will be too...so blowing loose raspberries can help relax you down there :rotfl:

EA - enjoy your scan! just a random piece of advice (if you're bothered) make sure you are trimmed 'down there' as the scanning person can get a bit personal. My knickers were nearly down at one point!
Off to make tea now x

I think they make allowences now for the noise when building, our new unit you can hear a pin drop in the hallways it is kind of freaky. As i'm staying at home though its only my poor neighbours who will suffer i think i will have to get them a nice bottle of wine for after :-) x
xmaslolly....are you going to warn your neighbours? I'm planning a home birth too & wondering whether to pop a note in to the two flats either side of me, in case they think there is a murder going on and come and investigate. Or maybe just a discreet note on my door saying HB in progress would do? Sound doesn't seem to travel in my building, I never hear other TVs or anything, but full volume anguished screaming might....First baby (a boy) due 03.09.09 - eeeeeeeeekkkkk!0 -

I havent decided yet but like you i am worried they will hear me screaming and come and investigate. I have a new build house so walls arent the best and i know any loud noise will travel. I was thinking about a discreet note thank fully i only have one connecting neighbour. I might just Speak to her next time i see her but ive never really spoken to her much and not sure "Hi I will be in labor OH isnt murdering me" is a very good ice breaker ;-):jFriends are like fabric you can never have enough:j0
