Recession is over...... apparently.

Not everyone has 'their' recession at the same time as the main one.
I have found that some do well when others are struggling and vice versa.
I have had my own personal downturns when the rest of the UK was doing fan-diddly-tastically....and people think you are a right 'derrr' too.
Then everyone else has a toughy time and things tick over for us just fine.
If you function off the mainstream, stands to reason that your own personal ups and downs don't follow the mainstrean ups and downs.
The Post recession time will be your opportunity Sue.
This time around yep but last time I was mainstream, good job, good income in a normal job but very very ambitious.
Unfortunately it all went to my head and I went around with this idea that everyone else was doing as well as I was and earning as much as me and if they were not, then they lacked ambition, drive and planning.
Not a very nice person at all....although at the time I thought I had lots of empathy. We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -

Heard a good anagram for his name on the radio. A Pretender. :TI came in to this world with nothing and I've still got most of it left. :rolleyes:0 -

OH saw him today except it was in the middle of a set up paparazzi moment.
Said Hi, caught up...he's lost a load of weight too. He's a nice guy and Dad except stuck doing a difficult job of work. The celebby life is very well paid but has a price...like anything I guess.0 -
Is the whole thing staged d'you reckon? I have visions of secret early hours phone calls, big set-piece rows with witnesses and a massive kissy-kissy make-up (with lots of lovely press action) in about 18 months. Dunno, they actually seemed like a real couple IFKWIM.0

Um...could be?
Anything 'reality' is staged. Any Pap phots (even the pretend faraway ones), are staged.
It's an industry and the employees have a job of work to do. Stuff overlaps and the fallout is genuine, but it's still a 'story' as such.0 -
Staged......... Oh no don't shatter peoples ideas that it's a real deal when there happens to be cameras in "the vicinity". Some still believe it, it's what sells some red tops.Um...could be?
