OH and I were chatting last night, Ive just ordered the wedding favors ( cancer research badges ) and we were thinking that as we are both sweetie a holics, and we will have several children in attendence, it would be nice to have a sweetie table ( in addition to the meal / cake )
Does this sound wrong / tacky?

it's not wrong/Tacky. I'd love to have one. I've seen pictures around and they all look so amazing. Especially this one:

I got some cracked glass fish bowls from B+M Bargains and half filled them with a mixture of sweets, putting one on every table as a centre piece instead of flowers. they went down a storm, and we could give away the bowls (which only cost £2.99 each..) as gifts

Best place for those sweets is http://www.aquarterof.co.uk/ Plus they are also part of the cash back site quidco which is good.
