I am not getting anything done today! Am watching BIggest loser catchup. I know you could argue that its all clever editing and whatever but I do love that programme. I think the contestants are by in large amazing incrediable people.
Any one who has looked in the mirror or been to the doctors and been told that they have to lose weight knows how hard it can be to find the motivation to lose weight. Its something I have struggled with, I am not hugely fat but I definitely overweight and I honestly feel like this is how I am meant to be (an excuse clearly). Then you watch something like the Biggest Loser and think Oh my GOD how do they find the strength to do that? It completely changes how you see the whole weight loss thing - its not some unobtainable process that happens to someone else. It can happen here and now.
Weird huh? Who'd have thought a reality TV programme could have a good use!
(and the trainer and the commando guy are pretty fit too!)Nevertheless she persisted.0 -

Hi Buffy, if you are looking for more motivational things to watch, I watched 3 brilliant things on weightloss last week on Channel 4 catch up. They were The Diets That Time Forgot, Too Fat To Walk and Fat March USA. I really recommend them (the last one is a bit cheesy) as they are very motivating:j

I watched some Biggest Loser the other day - haven't seen it for years (since I stopped having Sky) - it was fab :jSometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!Total debt @ Oct 2008: £29,226.42 Credit Card- £[STRIKE]7493.56[/STRIKE] - £7243.56Weightloss : 0/34lbs0

Guinea Pigs seem happier in their new postion on top of the chest of drawers.
