  • I am not getting anything done today! Am watching BIggest loser catchup. I know you could argue that its all clever editing and whatever but I do love that programme. I think the contestants are by in large amazing incrediable people.

Any one who has looked in the mirror or been to the doctors and been told that they have to lose weight knows how hard it can be to find the motivation to lose weight. Its something I have struggled with, I am not hugely fat but I definitely overweight and I honestly feel like this is how I am meant to be (an excuse clearly). Then you watch something like the Biggest Loser and think Oh my GOD how do they find the strength to do that? It completely changes how you see the whole weight loss thing - its not some unobtainable process that happens to someone else. It can happen here and now.

Weird huh? Who'd have thought a reality TV programme could have a good use!

(and the trainer and the commando guy are pretty fit too!)

  • I haven't posted for along time work is really bad and the money situation is "interesting" since I can't access my online banking due to me relying on the egg thing

In half term I MUST sort out access, my bills are paid and everything but no way to make extra payments, equally tho I can't spend anything either!

    List for today

    2. get paper and bread (walk to shop!) done
    3. Clean out Guinea Pigs
    4. Move fish tank down stairs
    5. put washing on done
    6. hoover and tidy room (hoover generally really)
    7. iron enough clothes for the week at work
    8. plan activities for thurs.
    9. mark two sets of books
    10. sort out clothes - put stuff away for heavens sake!)

    xxxx

Hi Buffy, if you are looking for more motivational things to watch, I watched 3 brilliant things on weightloss last week on Channel 4 catch up. They were The Diets That Time Forgot, Too Fat To Walk and Fat March USA. I really recommend them (the last one is a bit cheesy :D) as they are very motivating:j

Guinea Pigs seem happier in their new postion on top of the chest of drawers.

How do people with kids do this? random i know but keeping up with everything on your own is flipping hard work!!

Got to make lunch for tomorrow. Threw away so much food today it was dreadful.... Old Style would flog me (but only if I was really lucky ;))
