Hope you're feeling a little better.
If you're not better by Tuesday at the latest you're going to the doctors (aren't you!!)
You are allowed lazy days you know (I do)
Try to relax a bit and see how it goes.
Take care.

Morning Buffy,
I have tried to order the 30 day Shred on Amazon, and there is a warning that it may not be compatible with DVD players in certain regions.
Would you mind telling me where you got your copy. I love The Greatest Loser series and Jillian, and the work out has great reviews.
Hope you have a good day.
Many thanks.I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.0 -

The rest of the week basically got worse at work, but i saw a couple of mates (THANK YOU GOD FOR MY FRIENDS) and that kept me sane. more pressure, more things to do, head being unbelievable, really seriously unbelievable. However as everyone is feeling it and is going to "break" at some point I can for the timebeing handle it.
Loads of work to do but have the weekend free to do it.
Paid 43.16 off the debt as well as my normal loan payment(448).
So am hanging on. by a little more then my fingernails.
