  • I think I have fixed it,

    I think yes I have!

Ok so its been a bad week at work and considering we now have a couple of suspensions and two people handing their notice in plus everyone I have spoken to is miserable as as sin I am thinking I won't be there long!

esentially I have decided to take it a term at a time. I always planned to leave in another two years and the only things that are keeping me here are the kids and the fact that by some miracle work are paying for me (and others!) to do my Masters. I tried to study for my Masters a few years ago but couldn't afford it so this is a very good opportunity.

And of course the Kids are brilliant. so as long as I can handle the pressure of working there I will stay (and hopefully leave with my Masters)

This leads me to my next plan.

One month ago I wrote a post on Single and In Debt about how it was three months to Christmas and that if Nothing changes nothing changes.

so this is a one month review

CC debt is down to 1748 (although I have to double check) If I am really careful it will go below a 1000.

I have 350 saved for Christmas.

I have done my easy DVD practically every day, although thurs/fri/today felt awful so didnt. I also did my Shred dvd for a week and one day(!) but now still sorting out conservatory and don't have the room.

I haven't lost any weight but haven't gained either.

I have been going out more - twice this week - dinner at a friends and dinner out with a voucher!

    So plans for October

    1. get cc to below 1000
    2. organise all my paperwork (today)
    3. Mum goes away next friday - so clean kitchen, sort freezer and meal plan for two weeks - no shopping!
    4. keep up with work planning(today - new filing).
    5. keep the house tidy - finish conservatory
    6. hire skip and clear garden (!)
    7. continue to do DVD
    8. Ebay all the junk in the conservatory.
    9. Have some kind of emergency fund in the house now I will be alone:(

Best get to the paper work

Hi Buffy - looks like there needs to be some major changes at work if so many staff are being affected. At least you now know it's not just you.

Another list and actually this one doesn't look like you're taking on the world.
    Is everything okay? :p
