hello i own a house ,equally with my brother in law. he has forged my signature to transfer the property into his name only with the land registry i have contacted a solicitor and the land registry does anyone know what will happen? thanks

Oh come on! You described a major problem/fraud, got a lot of help (41 posts) and that's all you can tell us?

HOW did you get your house back?
What happened to the bro-in-law?
What did the you tell the police and what did they say?
Who helped you resolve this? Land Reg? Solicitor?
