Sounds like a matter for the police - have you reported it to them?"You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

..... and what does brother in law say?"A nation's greatness is measured by how it treats its weakest members." ~ Mahatma Gandhi

Before you spend too much time thinking about this or say much more on these forums, I'd just phone the police if you have grounds to be suspicious - this is serious fraud after all.0

Sounds like it is a crime to me.0

How have you come to the conclusion that your brother-in-law has forged your signature and transferred the property into his sole name when the land registry haven't even provided you with any info yet?
If you believe he has committed a criminal offence, then report the fraud to the Police since they are best placed to investigate your suspicion and if true, they will prosecute him.
If you aren't sure, then I hope your username on MSE isn't your real name otherwise you've publicly cast suspicion on someone ahead of any evidence of wrong-doing.0 -

Do the land registry even know that it is forged, or are they just treating it as a normal transaction?0
